Catherine Pantoulis has been practicing her profession for over 30 years and brings to our business law department a wealth of experience in commercial operations, share and asset purchases, franchises, licenses, commercial real estate and offers many other services in a variety of industries. Catherine assists her clients in the preparation of current agreements, including shareholder, financing and banking agreements. She has extensive knowledge of all commercial matters, having represented clients in this regard throughout her career.
