Alexandre Brocherieux is a member of the firm Spiegel Sohmer and he is a member of our business law group. His practice is focused on all aspects of corporate / commercial law, with a focus on real estate law. He is frequently consulted by private equity firms regarding their transactional needs as well as the acquisition and financing of businesses on a regional and inter-provincial scale. Alexandre is also regularly involved in the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, shareholder agreements, partnership contracts and various other contracts for companies. Prior to joining Spiegel Sohmer, Alexandre was a partner in a national law firm in Montreal.
