Liron is a partner in Spero & Co. Prior to joining Spero & Co., Liron worked at Tulchinsky Stern Marciano Cohen Levitski & Co. – a leading corporate and commercial Israeli law firm. Liron represents our corporate clients through the various stages of their development and advises them on all of their corporate and commercial needs, including labor law issues. Liron has significant transactional experience and guides our private clients throughout the full spectrum of their investment activity. Liron also has a bachelor’s degree in accounting as well as a master’s degree in business administration (specializing in finance and financial management) and she utilizes her accounting and financial knowledge to provide added-value and advice to clients on various accounting aspects regarding economic and fiscal issues, including taxation. Liron served for several years an external lecturer of Corporate and Commercial Law in the Accounting Department of the College of Law and Business in Ramat-Gan and has served for many years as a teaching assistant in financial accounting courses in various academic institutions. Liron currently serves as an external lecturer of Introduction to Law in the Economics and Accounting School of the Hadassah Academic College in Jerusalem. Liron is fluent in both English and Hebrew. Liron graduated from Hebrew University with a LL.B. (Law), a B.A. (Accounting) and an E.M.B.A. (magna cum laude) and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2010.
