Justin Leck provides counsel on transactional matters to a wide variety of clients, including privately-held companies, municipalities, and non-profits. He focuses his practice on corporate law and real estate, including transfers and leases of real property, mergers and acquisitions, and providing general advice and services to privately held companies. Justin’s broad transactional experience allows him to handle multiple components of large transactions which greatly improves efficiency by reducing the number of attorneys required to shepherd a deal from start to closing.
