Jay Ji Bio

Jay Ji is a member of the firm’s business transactions practice group and helps clients navigate complex legal and regulatory issues so that they can meet the increasing demands of today’s business environment. Jay’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, distressed sales, private securities offerings, and other commercial transactions. He regularly represents private companies and private equity firms in both asset and equity purchases and sales. Jay also advises clients on a broad range of corporate governance and compliance matters, and he frequently guides clients through all stages of the business life cycle.
