Bio

Eric Steinle is a partner on the firm’s Corporate and Business Transactions team. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing, securities offerings, and corporate governance. Eric has significant experience advising clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions, including stock sales, asset sales, mergers, reorganizations, and other complex business transactions. He also has substantial experience advising clients on a wide range of equity and debt financing transactions, including private placements, venture capital, and private equity investments. Eric regularly handles a wide variety of corporate governance issues and contractual negotiations. Eric received his Juris Doctor degree from The University of Kansas School of Law in May of 2006 and was a member of the Kansas Law Review and recipient of the Robert E. Edmonds Prize in Corporation and Securities Law.
