I am head of the Corporate & M&A Practice Group at Sorainen’s Belarus office. I have advised clients on landmark M&A deals and investment projects in a broad range of industries. In the aggregate, they reflect the transformation and growth of the Belarusian economy since the early 2000’s. I also lead the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Area. I believe that respect for and proper protection of the fruit of creative labour is paramount to increasing wealth and prosperity in our region.
