I am a partner and head of the firm’s regional Real Estate & Construction team. I was office managing partner of our Lithuanian office from 2001 to 2013. I became exceedingly interested in real estate and real estate transactions since the beginning of the last decade when the first commercial, cashflow-generating properties were being developed in our region. Since then I have assisted in and co-ordinated over 50 large commercial property deals with a total value of over EUR 2.5 billion.
