Mark Summerfield Bio

Mark Summerfield has been with Solomon Taylor & Shaw since 1998 and heads our Dispute Resolution Practice. His practice includes the whole range of commercial disputes, with a particular focus on partnership and shareholder disputes in addition to insolvency and banking work. Over the years Mark has been involved in a large amount of classic and supercar litigation and his work in the area of privacy and reputation management has been recognised in the legal directories. Mark is also experienced in international arbitration. Mark is a CEDR registered panel mediator and a Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council. Mark is a recommended lawyer in the Legal 500.
