Karen Brien is a partner and heads our Private Client and Residential Conveyancing teams. Karen has many years’ experience in the sale, purchase and mortgage of residential property, the drafting of leases and Declarations of Trust. She is also experienced in all aspects of non-contentious Private client work including the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate planning and the Administration of Estates, Trusts and Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection. Karen can provide expert advice and guidance to help you through the most difficult of times, acting efficiently and professionally.
