Magali Carosso is a graduate of the Aix-Marseille University (Master II Research in Economic law, 2012 ; Master II Professional in Corporate Engineering, 2010) and holds a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from the Aix-Marseille University. Former Olympic Athlete, Magali has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2013 and previously practiced at Bredin Prat (Paris) and Argos Avocats (which she co-founded); she was also seconded to the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison (2017 – 2018). She assists her clients in their mergers and acquisitions transactions and venture capital transactions.
