Fouad Bellaaroussi holds a Diplôme de Juriste Conseil d’Entreprise (DJCE) from the University of Montpellier and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2004. He previously practiced at the law firms Gide Loyrette Nouel (Casablanca and Paris) and Bredin Prat (Paris). Fouad assists his clients in their M&A, Private Equity and Equity/Debt Capital Market transactions. In addition to his expertise in the areas of corporate law, private and public M&A and capital market, Fouad has also developed an expertise in the areas of consulting and sports litigation. He mainly advises sports agents and players and regularly pleads before national and international sports bodies. He also acts as a sports agent.
