Johanna Wärnberg Bio

Johanna is a partner in Snellman’s Private M&A team and has broad experience from advising Nordic and international private equity and industrial clients in acquisitions, exit processes, restructurings, carve-outs, and joint ventures. Johanna has advised clients in various complex transactions in both large and mid cap segments, as well as in equity financing rounds. Johanna is regularly involved in infrastructure projects and investments in new green technology, including wind farms, electric vehicle charging stations and solar energy as well as advises clients with regard to the Swedish protective security regulatory framework. Johanna also has extensive knowledge of cross-border transactions, and she has worked with M&A Practices both in Finland and Sweden.
