Lowell Thomas brings over three decades of experience in corporate and securities law assisting clients in a broad range of sectors including technology, health, financial services, manufacturing and mining. Lowell has wide-ranging experience in domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and debt and equity financings. He has served as a testifying expert witness on aspects of mergers and acquisitions in the U.S. Lowell provides cross-border business and securities advice to U.S. and Canadian businesses and advises clients on formation, governance, growth and exit strategies. Having practiced law in Canada for over a decade, Lowell has extensive connections in business, the capital markets and government on both sides of the border.
