Garth Stevens Bio

Garth Stevens’ practice is concentrated in general corporate, transactional and securities law focusing on mergers and acquisitions, complex joint ventures, private securities offerings and investments, licensing transactions, and commercial agreements. His experience includes representation of clients in a variety of industries including high technology products and services, software and internet services, professional employer organizations, industrial products, food products, construction and trades, real estate development, and solid and liquid waste management. Garth’s practice includes representing Canadian, European, and Asian clients in U.S. acquisitions, joint ventures, and other complex transactions. Garth is the former chairman of the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group.
