David Smith leads the Acquisitions, Finance, & Divestiture group at Smith Clark Pennington. He represents E&P companies, midstream, and service companies in all manners of transactions, acquisitions, and divestitures, private equity, as well as lenders and borrowers. His clients also include businesses in the health care industry and federally chartered and private banks. He offers outside general counsel services to select established clients.
