Susan Hughes has a broad financing practice acting for clients across a range of sectors and in a range of jurisdictions covering general bank finance and corporate treasury work, acquisition and leveraged financing, debt capital markets transactions, project financing and refinancing and restructuring work. She also has broad experience advising on corporate transactions and energy, infrastructure and natural resources work, including, as a member of our ESG Group, in the renewables space.
