Sally Wokes advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions (including private acquisitions and disposals, public takeovers, joint ventures, placings, rights issues and other secondary raisings) and general advisory matters (including corporate governance, activism and takeover defence and other crisis management). Her client base is a mix UK and US listed and large private corporates, as well as PE houses and hedge funds.
