Harry Bacon is co-head of our private equity practice. He advises sponsors and their portfolio companies on transactions throughout the investment life cycle, including public and private acquisitions, carve-outs, equity investments (with a particular focus on minority and downside-protected investments), reorganisations, recapitalisations, management incentivisation arrangements, governance matters and the full range of exit routes including sales, business combinations, continuation funds, IPOs and direct and indirect listings.
