Bio

Andrew Jolly heads one of the firm’s corporate groups and has over 25 years’ experience advising on the full range of corporate transactions. His practice consists principally of acting for clients on public and private M&A deals, equity financings and joint ventures. Andrew is also an expert on corporate governance, company law and other board-related matters. He is a member of the Company Law Committee of the Law Society. Andrew heads our Sport team, with football a specialist area. He is a trustee of The Arsenal Foundation.
