Simon Wallwork is a Director of and Corporate Lawyer at Slater Heelis Solicitors, based in Manchester. With over 35 years of experience advising on acquisitions, disposals, fundraising, private equity and public market transactions, for a wide variety of clients including public and private companies, banks, venture capital funds and partnerships. He also advises on Corporate Governance issues. Simon also has considerable client-side experience spending a number of years working in-house with Pilkington plc. In addition to general corporate work, Simon specialises in the Technology and Life Sciences sectors. He has built up expertise in these sectors developing a deep understanding of their drivers. He has been consistently ranked as one of the top corporate transactional lawyers in the North West according to Experian and held top positions for Most Active Legal Adviser in Manchester. In 2023, Simon was appointed to the Board of Directors.
