Tove Dyre Palnum advises contractors, technical advisors and employers on all aspects of construction contracting, risk management in the construction sector, and fundamental procurement law. Tove has worked with construction since 1996, first at the Danish Defense Construction Service, later in the Danish Construction Association, and then 15 years in the MT Højgaard Group. In the period from May 2020 and three years onwards, Tove was employed by VILTOFT Law Firm. Throughout her career, Tove has dedicated herself to minimizing and managing risks across all stages from tender and offer, to contract and execution. Tove’s extensive practical experience in construction law enables her to integrate the client’s business considerations in her advice. Tove understands the value of learning from prior disputes. In addition to the actual case management, she offers suggestions for doing better in the future. Since 1996, Tove has taught all aspects of construction law, as well as risk management and system building. Tove is known for her direct communication style and wonderful sense of humor.
