Soren Stenderup Jensen is one of Denmark's leading lawyers in commercial and public law. For over 35 years, including 25 years as a partner, Søren has been involved in public law matters broadly, particularly environmental, planning, energy, and utilities law. He also advises several businesses on commercial law matters and serves as a sparring partner for their management. Søren is a trained mediator and arbitrator, working regularly on conducting legal and arbitration cases. He has extensive experience litigating cases before the Supreme Court (over 30 cases), both for and against public authorities, expropriation cases before the assessment authorities, and appeals before administrative councils and boards.
