Pernille Backhausen works with both individual employment law and collective labor law. She provides ongoing advice to various companies and organizations and serves as a sparring partner in the field of employment law, including the determination of personnel policy issues, restructuring, downsizing, and company acquisitions. Pernille has handled several landmark legal cases, including in the Supreme Court. Her interest in dispute resolution has also led her to serve as an arbitrator in the field of employment law. Pernille conducts courses in labor and employment law as well as board work.
