Olaf Carl Ehrenskjold is one of Denmark's most experienced lawyers in M&A and corporate law. For 25 years, Olaf has advised Danish and international companies and private equity funds and has been involved in some of the largest and most complex transactions in Denmark. Olaf provides counsel at all stages of a transaction process from beginning to end, including structuring, drafting, and negotiation of documents, as well as all related corporate law matters, including management incentive programs. He often serves as a sparring partner for boards and executives.
