Kim Pedersen has been involved in tax and duty law, as well as cases related to advisor liability where auditors and lawyers have been involved since 1990. Kim has significant experience in tax and duty penalty cases. He provides advice to small and medium-sized businesses, including foundations, associations, and organizations, on structural tax and duty-related matters. He represents individuals and businesses in negotiations with authorities and in the judicial system. He also offers general business advice, particularly in the organization and implementation of corporate restructuring and generational transfers. Kim has gained substantial leadership experience with his more than 30 years of service as a reserve officer in the Danish Armed Forces. He also served as the interim Group CEO for over 2½ years in the family-owned company Juhler Group, with over 1,400 employees, a turnover of over 650 million, and activities in the Nordic countries and the UK. Kim is involved in board work for owner-managed companies.
