Joachim Orum Petersen advises Danish and international clients in corporate law, company acquisitions, and the purchase and sale of real estate, including real estate development. For many years, Joachim has served as a trusted advisor to a wide range of clients, and he has consistently held positions on the boards of various commercial enterprises. In recent years, Joachim has also provided guidance to buyers and sellers in numerous business transactions and major property transactions, often as the lead partner on the transaction and as the leader of SIRIUS advokaters transaction team. Joachim has an extensive network within all aspects of real estate, including connections to banks and other companies that finance real estate transactions, which he proactively uses in conjunction with his detailed commercial knowledge to benefit his clients. For 3 years, Joachim served as an external lecturer in contract law at the University of Copenhagen.
