Jacob Goldschmidt is passionate about labor and employment law, where he has provided legal advice in virtually all disciplines for over 25 years. This includes both private law and public law personnel matters, including civil servant law, and more. He has litigated a large number of cases in the courts, the EU Court of Justice, arbitrations, committees, etc., and has served as a legal sparring partner in collective and individual negotiations at all levels. He has been involved in several of Denmark's largest civil lawsuits in recent years and has led complex cases involving numerous stakeholders. Jacob is also a highly sought-after conductor and advisor for associations.
