Helle Nohr Larsen has worked in labor and employment law for over 25 years, establishing a strong and specialized foundation in both individual and collective labor law. Helle possesses extensive skills and experience in almost all aspects of labor and employment law, including handling and negotiating collective agreements, conflict resolution, business transfers, the establishment of incentive programs, lawsuits, arbitration cases, and more. She advises a diverse range of clients, including private, public, national, and international clients, in all areas of employment law. Helle also works extensively with charitable organizations and the unique issues they face. She has taught labor and employment law at CBS (Copenhagen Business School) and has consistently provided training to clients on labor and employment law.
