Helle Hald leads the department for Compensation and Insurance Law, which provides advice to injured parties. Helle assists victims of traffic accidents, slip and fall injuries, medical malpractice, and workplace accidents. She can provide guidance on seeking compensation from the responsible party, assist with accident and disability insurance, and actively engage with local authorities when necessary to proactively address issues related to sick leave benefits, flexible employment, and disability pensions. Her advice spans from specific measures after an injury has occurred to ongoing guidance throughout the often lengthy claims process. Helle also has over 25 years of extensive experience in representing clients in court, making her a competent advisor and litigator in case of a dispute. In her role as a victim advocate, she helps victims of violence and sexual abuse by providing support and guidance during police investigations, court proceedings, and compensation claims. Helle is dedicated to advancing the rights of victims through her association work and is committed to keeping the focus on victims. Helle is a beneficial attorney with the Copenhagen City Court and the Eastern High Court, allowing her to handle various criminal cases within and outside the Copenhagen judicial district. In addition to compensation cases, Helle assists in cases related to parental custody, residence, and visitation, as well as child removal cases. She will in such matters manage the case with the State Administration (Statsforvaltningen) and in court.
