Since 1997, Benjamin Lundstrom has dealt with employment law, company law and conflict management, with a focus on mediation and mediation. He is a certified mediator and since 2008 has been accepted by the Danish Courts Agency as a mediator in the courts. He has thus worked with mediation as a conflict resolution method for many years and is one of the most experienced mediators in Denmark. Benjamin advises employers and employees on all matters related to employment and has further assisted in many dismissal cases concerning directors and senior employees. Benjamin also works with the structuring of companies and advises on both the start-up and restructuring of companies as well as the purchase and sale of companies. He has particular insight into ownership agreements (shareholder agreements) and the negotiation process in this connection. In addition to his Danish legal certificate, Benjamin has an international educational background and often advises foreign companies in connection with establishment in the Nordic region. Benjamin also teaches mediation at the Faculty of Law, University of Copenhagen.
