Anders Kjær Dybdahl has extensive experience in M&A and venture investments, including international experience gained during his assignment in New York. He advises both Danish and international clients, with a particular focus on transactions, investments, and related matters such as incentive programs. Anders assists in all phases of a transaction, including planning, structural and strategic considerations, structured auction processes, W&I insurance, and negotiations.
