Matthew Rogers is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on mergers and acquisitions and other corporate transactions. He regularly represents private equity firms as well as public and private companies in a wide range of matters, including strategic mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, dispositions, minority investments and joint ventures. Matt has experience representing clients across a variety of sectors including asset management, financial services, real estate and healthcare. His many prominent clients have included private equity firms such as Blackstone, Oaktree Capital Group, New Mountain Capital and KKR, as well as large corporations such as Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, TD Bank, People’s United, IBERIABANK and Owens & Minor.
