Tor-Axel Schwerdt heads our Corporate M&A department in Stavanger and specialises in corporate law and transactions, with a focus on transactions (M&A) as well as commercial contract law, structured financing and employment law. Tor-Axel has significant expertise in the areas of corporate law, contract law, structured financing and employment law. He provides ongoing legal assistance in connection with transactions, including the purchase and sale of limited liability companies, shareholder agreements and shareholder disputes, negotiation of transaction agreements, investment agreements, contract disputes, structured financing and employment disputes. Furthermore, Tor-Axel has extensive experience in the Norwegian and international oil and gas industry.
