Fredrik Haberer Anfinsen Bio

Fredrik Haberer Anfinsen has comprehensive experience and knowledge from working with Norwegian and international transactions. Fredrik Haberer Anfinsen is the head of Simonsen Vogt Wiig’s Tax department and holds a law degree from the University of Oslo as well as Master of Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School. He has a particular focus on Norwegian and international taxation, company law and general transaction support, and often acts as an advisor in connection with M&A transactions, company structuring and reorganizations, as well as establishment of management incentive programs for a number of venture and private equity clients. Fredrik is particularly experienced within renewable energy, shipping and offshore. With a background from both the M&A and tax department of one of Europe’s biggest renewable energy companies Fredrik has a particular focus on building upon experience from valuation and transaction project management to give counsel that combines legal competence with practical application.
