Christian Vestheim focuses on mergers/acquisitions (M&A), investments and Private Equity. Christian has extensive experience with private equity and venture capital transactions, and has assisted a number of national and international clients with investments and acquisitions and divestments. He has worked with transactions in most sectors, but with a particular focus on technology transactions in recent years.
