Bio

Arthur Duus is a candidate of law. from UiB and LL.M. from Harvard Law School. He mostly works with aquaculture and contract law issues, as well as procedure. Arthur spends most of his time on the aquaculture industry, both with board positions and arbitrator assignments in addition to ordinary advice and litigation. He has followed the industry closely since its inception in the 1990s, and has worked for many of the largest players in the industry, both listed and privately owned. Arthur has a particularly good overview of the public law framework that regulates the industry, including the traffic light system and regulations relating to permits, locations, supervision and sanctions.
