Peter Weiss Bio

Peter Weiss jointly heads the Corporate, Commercial & Finance team. He works with a wide range of clients from those in the media and fashion industries, to start up and established tech companies and international private equity houses. He has particular expertise in advising on corporate finance transactions, working with founders, agents and talent and negotiating UK-US transactions. Peter is ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers and his clients value his guidance and his ability to help them resolve complex issues. Peter chairs the Corporate Social Responsibility group and advises a number of national charities and social enterprises. He is proud to be on the Supervisory Board of Creative Access and Soundskool and is a trustee of Making History.
