Natalie Wright Bio

Natalie Wright jointly heads the Corporate team and is a Partner in the Commercial & Finance team. She is recommended for her “focused, pragmatic and quick thinking”. Natalie advises on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and restructurings, joint venture and other shareholder arrangements and commercial contracts. She has particular expertise advising on EMI Share Options and on advising on complex corporate restructuring. Natalie works with both start-ups and established businesses and has specialist industry knowledge in the retail and beauty sectors, music and fashion industries, and in property finance. She is actively involved in advising charities and social investment organisations.
