Maninder Gill heads the Retail and IP teams. His main focus is on commercial, retail, media and intellectual property issues including franchising, branding and reputation management. Maninder regularly appears on television and radio and speaks at conferences internationally on Intellectual Property, franchising, retail and media issues. He has also been named in the Lawyer Magazine’s Hot 100 lawyers list and was on The Times newspaper’s panel of experts. Maninder was a visiting lecturer at the European Business School in London, is a Trustee of Yellow Earth, the East Asian theatre company and of The Restorative Justice Council which is the national voice for the field of restorative practice.
