Patrick Boyd Bio

Patrick Boyd is a partner in the corporate group in London. He advises on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, partnership arrangements, restructurings and joint ventures. Patrick focuses on the Asset Management & Investment Funds’ sector and specialises in advising asset managers on all aspects of their businesses, including mergers and acquisitions, business transfers, the implementation of multi-jurisdictional reorganisations, the implementation and structuring of “start-ups” (both onshore and offshore), incentivisation and retention plans and general operational day-to-day matters.
