David Brangam Bio

David Brangam advises on a wide range of corporate matters with his experience including M&A, private equity transactions, joint-ventures, venture capital investments, foreign direct investment and corporate reorganisations. He has particular expertise in the asset management, energy & infrastructure, healthcare & life sciences and TMT sectors and his experience includes advising on some of the largest and most high profile corporate transactions in Ireland in recent years. David is qualified in both Ireland and England & Wales, having previously worked in international law firms in London and Dublin prior to joining Simmons in January 2020. He features in both Chambers Europe and the Legal 500 where he is described as “excellent”.
