Payam Beheshti is a partner in the Middle East, specialised in complex disputes, with a focus on the financial services sector, contentious regulatory matters and investigations. He represents clients before the Courts of England and Wales, the DIFC Courts, the ADGM Courts, regulatory bodies as well as in arbitrations. In addition, Payam sits as an arbitrator and advises clients on anti-bribery and corruption matters, cyber-crime, data protection and privacy laws.
