Christopher Ma Bio

Christopher Ma is a partner in our corporate & commercial practice in Hong Kong. His practice specialises in corporate and securities transactions, including ECM transactions, M&As, and transactions by or involving listed corporates. He has advised underwriters, issuers and investors on listings on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and secondary offerings. He regularly advises multinational corporates, financial institutions, asset managers and investment funds on a full range of corporate transactions. He also has extensive experience in corporate reorganisation, restructuring and insolvency, corporate governance, regulatory and compliance issues, and securities laws, rules and regulations.
