Christian Bornhorst is a corporate/M&A partner in our Düsseldorf office. He heads our German Corporate Practice and co-heads our international Private Equity Cross-Border Group. Christian's expertise extends to a wide range of complex cross-border (PE) transactions. He advises on acquisitions, auctions, divestitures and exits, management participations, joint ventures and consortia, carve-outs, post-acquisition integrations, and corporate restructurings. His clients, including funds, financial investors and institutions, asset managers, and large corporations, benefit from his in-depth sector knowledge in the TMT, banking, financial services, and infrastructure industries. Christian is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and covers his clients' transactions in a Latin American context.
