Tim Chandler Bio

Tim Chandler practice principally involves representing funds, management teams, and strategics in their investments in “hard hat” industries throughout the world, including energy transition, oil & gas, power generation and transmission, energy storage, digital infrastructure, telecommunications, transportation, other infrastructure, minerals, manufacturing, and emerging technologies. He assists clients in a range of private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, and financings. Tim has worked on transactions involving six continents and more than 40 countries. Tim is fluent in Portuguese and has lived and worked in Brazil. He can also read and write in Spanish.
