Seth Katz focuses his practice on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, corporate finance, and strategic counseling/corporate governance. Seth regularly represents private equity funds, as well as public and private companies in connection with their transactional needs and other corporate matters. He also has experience representing clients in a number of industries, including medical products and devices, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, technology, media/entertainment, industrials, building products, and financial institutions.
