Raymond Oh is the deputy head of our multidisciplinary China Corporate and Finance practice. He focuses on M&A, Private Equity, and corporate finance transactions in Mainland China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. His practice spans the region, and he regularly advises private equity funds, multinational corporates, and financial institutions on public and private M&A transactions, including preferred equity investments, takeovers, privatizations, exits via Hong Kong and U.S. listings, joint ventures, PIPE transactions, and structured finance transactions. Raymond has been ranked as a Leading Individual in Corporate/M&A by Chambers Greater China Region (GCR) 2023 and 2024, and is also recommended by Legal 500 Asia Pacific in Corporate (including M&A) and Private Equity.
