Philip Cheveley has a broad corporate practice based on international and domestic transactions. He has a wealth of experience advising clients on cross-border and domestic public company takeovers, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, as well as primary and secondary equity issues. Phil has received acknowledgement from numerous industry ranking guides. He is recognized in The Legal 500 UK 2024 for M&A: Upper Mid-Market and Premium Deals, £750 million and above.
