Parthiv Rishi is a partner in the Private Equity and M&A practice. He has 20 years of experience advising clients, in particular private equity, venture capital firms, other financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on complex and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, investments, divestments, venture and growth capital financings, restructurings, joint ventures and shareholder arrangements. Parthiv advises clients on the entire investment cycle – from early stage through to pre-IPO fundraise rounds, as well as on minority, hybrid and control transactions, and buy-outs. Parthiv is currently based in Singapore and advises on transactions across Southeast Asia and India. He has previously worked in London, New York and Hong Kong. His key clients include KKR, Hillhouse Capital, ChrysCapital, 65 Equity Partners and Jungle Ventures. Parthiv is recognized as a Next Generation Partner for Corporate and M&A in Singapore by Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2020-2024.
